🚚 Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 5 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification with tracking details.

📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on pincode and courier partner).
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available in select locations at an additional cost).
Free Shipping: on orders above ₹999 (India only).
Delivery timelines may vary for remote areas or during peak season.

🌍 Shipping Coverage

Currently we ship across India only through trusted partners such as BlueDart, Delhivery, and India Post.
For large or heavy parts (e.g., batteries, engines), shipping costs may vary based on weight and destination.

🕒 Service Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Courier delays beyond our control

In such cases, we’ll keep you informed via email or WhatsApp.

📦 Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID and link to monitor your shipment status in real time.

🚫 Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or non-availability of the customer, a re-shipping charge will apply for resending the order.
