🔁 Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
Please include the invoice or proof of purchase when sending the product back.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the status of your refund or replacement.

🚫 Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned:

Electrical/electronic components (e.g., sensors, relays, bulbs)
Lubricants, oils, or opened chemical products
Customized or special-order parts
Services (bike washing, servicing, or installation)

💸 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order was eligible for “Free Shipping,” a standard return fee may be deducted from your refund.

🚚 Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

The item received is defective or incorrect.
In such cases, Arfa Motors will bear the cost of return shipping.
